Hosted by Patrick Lachapele, General Manager of the estate. The experience focuses on progression and perspective. Guests will be guided through the estate’s Bolgheri expression across multiple vintages, building depth and context before arriving at the Vendemmia d’Artista wines, where structure, harmony, and personality converge. Rather than dissecting each bottle, the evening is about flow, conversation, and how these wines behave at the table.

The menu has been curated to complement rather than compete, allowing the wines’ texture, freshness, and layered power to unfold naturally. Service is unhurried and the tone refined but relaxed.
