The evening begins with Delamotte Brut NV, before moving into Screaming Eagle Sauvignon Blanc 2022. Precise and restrained, it sets the tone for the night ahead.
Jonata Todos, Alma and El Desafio 2021 follow, allowing Armand to broaden the discussion and demonstrate how Screaming Eagle’s philosophy translates across vineyards, varieties and regions.
The Flight is presented as a point of reference. Three vintages poured together, examined for structure, evolution and expression, sharpening the lens before the main event.
