Expect multiple vintages of DRC’s most coveted vineyards, from Montrachet’s golden electricity to the seductive spice of Grands-Echezeaux, the exotic perfume of Romanée-St-Vivant, and the iron-wrapped velvet of La Tâche and Richebourg.

Aria’s kitchen will rise to the occasion with a bespoke five-course menu, each dish composed to elevate and echo the wines’ complexity, luxurious, seasonal, and precise. With Angus Hughson as your host and guide, the evening blends deep knowledge with effortless storytelling.
